This mechanism gives the United Kingdom a rebate equivalent to 0.66% of its negative net balance.
The cost of financing the UK rebate is shared between the other Member States according to their share of GNI (except in the case of Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden, whose share is reduced by three quarters).
