The results indicate the presence of extensive rare earth element mineralisation within the soil anomaly, which covers 3.5 kilometres by 1.7 kilometres.
Thirdly there is a low titanium basalt-andesite with extreme light rare earth element depletion that produced the layered pyroxenite-peridotite and associated gabbro cumulate.
Both meteorites contain pyroxene and have a number of other similarities: for example their pyroxene composition, rare earth element concentrations, and oxygen isotope ratios.
