Experimental Setup
In a common project of Vistec Semiconductor GmbH, MueTec Automatisierte Messtechnik GmbH and PTB the AGID-microscopy ( Alternating Grazing Incidence Dark field microscopy ) has been investigated in detail and a corresponding measurement system has been developed.
Figure 2 shows the experimental setup of the measurement system.

Im Rahmen eines Projektes zusammen mit Vistec Semiconductor GmbH in Wetzlar und MueTec Automatisierte Messtechnik GmbH in München wurde dieses so genannte AGID-Verfahren ( Alternating Grazing Incidence Dark field microscopy ) im Detail untersucht und ein entsprechender Messplatz entwickelt.
Abb. 2 zeigt den realisierten experimentelle Aufbau.
