Leistungsprämie Definition Eine Leistungsprämie ist eine einmalige und direkte Anerkennung einer ausserordentli- chen Leistung.
Der Wert einer Leistungsprämie darf 10 % des Maximalbetrages ( Jahresbasis ) der Funkti- onsstufe des Empfängers nicht übertreffen, s. Lohnskala im Anhang 2 der PVO.
