Authorities have scrambled nearly 25,000 sanitary workers to clear the stinking garbage accumulated over the past several days to prevent outbreak of diseases.
It is known as stinking because some people find the smell of its leaves unpleasant when crushed or bruised, an odour that has been described as beefy.
Oh, and tourists so soused that they can't even pull their pants up after adding another stinking outpouring of urine to the already saturated cobblestones.
