In 2011, the court dismissed claims that the bank had excessively penalised customers who overdrew their accounts, issued dud cheques or failed to make payments on time.
Because of this, the customer now overdrew on each of her transactions, incurring $105 in overdraft fees and possibly taking a hit to her credit score.
