The new restaurant was presented as a more casual restaurant than its predecessor and would be housed in a renovated building which reflected its initial design as a sheepfold.
There were two great barns which were at a distance plus an oxhouse with stable and carthouse under one roof, a dovecote and a sheepfold for 200 sheep.
