Die Untersuchung bezieht sich auf die Sozialtherapie der Jugendstrafvollzugsanstalt Zeithain in Sachsen, in der junge Sexualstraftäter untergebracht sind.
Die Ausgestaltung der Sozialtherapie wird dahingehend überprüft, ob jugendspefizifische Sozialtherapie zu einer Reduzierung des Risikos in Sexualkriminalität führt.
Dabei sollen - aus jugendspezifischen Perspektiven - Kriterien einer Legalprognose entwickelt werden, die dann an Hand des registrierten Rückfalls einer Untersuchung unterzogen werden.

The study will examine whether youth-specific social therapy can lead to a possible reduction in the risk of juvenile sexual offenders re-offending.
It is hoped that criteria for the legal prognosis – from a youth-specific perspective – will be developed and submitted on the basis of an investigation pertaining to registered rates of criminal relapse.
