Ende 2010 hat Unternehmensgründer Dr. Arngolt Bekker seine Anteile an einen Treuhänder verkauft, um den Weg für eine langfristige und wirtschaftlich tragfähige Lösung für die BARD-Gruppe zu ermöglichen.
Zeitgleich hat sich Dr. Bekker endgültig aus dem Unternehmen zurückgezogen.
2011 gelang es unter der Führung eines neuen Managementteams, die BARD-Gruppe für die Zukunft solide aufzustellen sowie die Fertigstellung des Windparks „BARD Offshore 1“ bis Ende 2013 zu gewährleisten.

This transferral coincided with the ultimate withdrawal of Dr. Bekker from the company.
In 2011 a new management team successfully positioned the BARD Group on a solid foundation for the future, also ensuring the completion of the “BARD Offshore 1” wind farm by the end of 2013.
