Non-drug therapies which have been shown to be effective in cancer induced cachexia include nutritional counselling, psychotherapeutic interventions, and physical training.
Various programmes are held under this project, including education and counselling service, training peer educators, outreach service, workshops, etc.
But members make use of other healing actions as well - the ministry of listening and silence, counselling, informal liturgies and simple symbolic actions.
