Wurde die Ware vom Kunden benutzt und kann die Ware auf Grund dieser Nutzung nicht mehr durch Maya als neuwertig verkauft werden, so hat der Kunde ein der Benutzung der Ware entsprechendes angemessenes Entgelt an Maya zu bezahlen.
Ist die Rücksendung der Ware durch den Kunden unmöglich oder untunlich, so hat der Kunde Maya deren Wert zu vergüten, soweit die von Maya erbrachte Leistung dem Kunden zum klaren und überwiegenden Vorteil gereicht.
Schadenersatzansprüche von Maya gegen den Kunden bleiben davon unberührt.

If it is impossible or impractical to return the goods delivered by Maya, the consumer shall pay Maya the value thereof to the extent that they are to his clear and predominant advantage.
Claims for damages raised by Maya against the customer shall remain unaffected thereby.
