Bei Beendigung durch berechtigte Kündigung seitens der Hotelcard AG ist die Hotelcard unverzüglich und unaufgefordert zurückzusenden.
Ein Zurückhaltungsrecht an der Karte ist ausgeschlossen.
Ist die Kündigung nicht in der Person des Karteninhabers begründet, wird die anteilige Jahresgebühr erstattet.
