Georg Pepping, born in 1969, began his career with the Deutsche Telekom Group in 1997 as a commercial lawyer at T-Data Gesellschaft für Datenkommunikation mbH, where he took over as head of the internal legal department the following year.
In 1999 he moved to the Group Employee Terms and Conditions department at Deutsche Telekom AG Group Headquarters, where he was responsible for collective bargaining at domestic Group companies.
