Pünktlich um 12:00 Uhr heißt es wieder „ O’zapft is ! “ , wenn der Münchner Bürgermeister das erste Bierfass ansticht . Mit viel Jubel und Trubel wird somit das größte Volksfest der Welt eingeläutet .
Vom 17. September bis 03. Oktober 2011 laden 16 Festhallen viele kleine Zelte mit insgesamt 141 Gastronomiebetrieben zur Brotzeit und Wiesn-Maß ein.
