Anlässlich der Preisverleihung hielt der Architektur- und Wohnsoziologe Prof. Dr. Tilman Harlander einen Festvortrag zum Thema „ Immobilienboom in Deutschland – Herausforderung für soziale Wohnungspolitik “.
