Ein wichtiges Erklärungsmodell ist weniger das Gedächtnis an sich, sondern der Schlaf, also die Schlafphysiologie, weil tatsächlich bei älteren Menschen mehr Unterbrechungen des Schlafes auftreten als bei jungen gesunden Probanden und dadurch die Träume bruchstückhafter werden.
Von der Gefühlsqualität her, also der Intensität von positiven und negativen Träumen, und bezüglich der Traumbizarrheit, also ob der Traum realistisch ist oder fantastische Elemente enthält, da würde ich sagen, gibt es zumindest nach der repräsentativen Studie, die ich dazu habe, keine Unterschiede bezüglich des Alters.
Man träumt ja meistens von sich in der Hauptperson.
