europa.euEine natürliche oder juristische Person kann gegen einen Beschluss der EIOPA Beschwerde einlegen und zwar schriftlich innerhalb von zwei Monaten ab dem Tag, an dem die Behörde ihren Beschluss veröffentlicht hat.
Der Beschwerdeausschuss entscheidet innerhalb von zwei Monaten nach Einreichung der Beschwerde, ob der Beschluss der EIOPA bestätigt oder an die zuständige Behörde zurückverwiesen wird.
europa.euAny natural or legal person may appeal against a decision of the EIOPA, in writing, within two months of the date of notification of the decision.
The Board of Appeal has a period of two months as from the appeal being lodged to confirm the decision taken by the EIOPA or to remit the case to a competent body.
