Über Karren geht es nun vorsichtig weiter und kurz vor dem Gipfel gibt es wieder viel Gras.
Bevor wir beim Gipfel des Elm die wunderbare Aussicht auf das Salzkammergut zwischen Dachstein und Totes Gebirge genießen können wird der Wanderweg im letzten Teil zwischendurch noch einmal etwas steiler.
Nach der Gipfelrast geht es auf dem gleichen Weg über die Pühringerhütte und am Elmsee vor bis zur Elmgrube zurück.
