After a series of strange skeletons wash ashore (human, then fish) it turns out the water has become inhabited by some sort of glowing microbe which apparently devours flesh rapaciously.
Three years ago the castle was under siege from mould, rapaciously eating its way around the interior and leading to the closure of the entire upper storey of dilapidated bedrooms.
But that nation is justifiably reluctant to rapaciously harvest its resources, and it has one of the few government-decreed statutes that guarantees protection to the environment.
Everything else belongs to the private person behind that name; and that person is entitled to her privacy, keeping it safe from the rapaciously prying eyes of the world.
