Every second-rate ambulance chaser would be camping out on college campuses and in front of family law mediation offices and workplaces, in search of business.
At least, that's what these ambulance chasers would like you to believe as they trawl the airwaves, the internet and hospital waiting rooms for potential clients.
It'll be interesting to see if those patent law equivalent of ambulance chasers now decide to fold up and go home, rather than risk being hit with costs.
