www.euro2010.atWith the support of GIZ, those negotiation groups, which are dealing with the 15 chapters of the Acquis and are headed by the line ministries, are currently preparing the first phase of negotiations.
This involves a screening process in which the candidate country collaborates in an assessment of how well prepared it is in each of the policy areas (i.e. the chapters of the Acquis Communautaire).
The project expects that, by 2015, at least three screening reports will be available to the line ministries and the negotiation groups, including strategies for the negotiation oppositions.
www.giz.deDiejenigen von den Fachministerien geleiteten Verhandlungsgruppen, die sich mit 15 Kapiteln des Acquis Communautaire befassen, bereiten sich derzeit mit Unterstützung der GIZ auf die erste Phase der Verhandlungen vor.
Im sogenannten Screeningprozess wird zusammen mit dem Kandidatenland ermittelt, wie gut das Land in jedem Politikbereich – Kapitel der Acquis Communautaire – vorbereitet ist.
Das Vorhaben geht davon aus, dass bis 2015 mindestens drei Screeningberichte in den Fachministerien und den Verhandlungsgruppen vorliegen, inklusive der Strategien für Verhandlungspositionen.
