Many other countries are also seeking to set up an independent agency to coordinate the various forms of vocational education and training , establish a national qualifications framework , and ensure the quality of vocational education through uniform standards .
In Bangladesh, for instance, private and not-for-profit providers of vocational education and training are being accredited and authorised to issue formal qualifications alongside state vocational schools and institutions.
