Der Vergütungsausschuss (Remuneration Committee) legte bis anhin die Struktur sowie die Höhe der Entschädigungen der Verwaltungsratsmitglieder sowie der Gehälter der Konzernleitungsmitglieder fest.
Gemäss VegüV sind ab 2014 die Vergütungen an Verwaltungsrat und Konzernleitung durch die Generalversammlung zu genehmigen.
