Prof. Christophe Salomon von der ENS Paris war am 12 / 13.06.2013 Gast in unserem Institut und hielt Vorträge zu den Themen From Ultracold Fermi Gases to Neutron Stars und Strongly interacting Bose Gases.
Unsere Arbeit über Three-Body Recombination in an Ultracold Atomic Gas wurde bei der Zeitschrift Nature Physics zur Veröffentlichung angenommen.
Seit Juni 2013 wird unser Mitarbeiter Artjom Krükow von der Carl-Zeiss-Stiftung mit einem Stipendium gefördert.

“Dynamics of spin-dependent charge carrier recombination”Der Physiker Dr. Christoph Böhme (geb. 1971) erhielt als zweiter die Auszeichnung.
Seine prämierte Dissertation entstand in nur 27 Monaten bei Prof. Dr. Walther Fuhs in der in Adlershof ansässigen Abteilung Silizium-Photovoltaik des Hahn-Meitner-Instituts (HMI) und wurde im Januar 2003 mit “summa cum laude” abgeschlossen.

“Dynamics of spin-dependent charge carrier recombination” The physicist Dr. Christoph Böhme (born 1971) was awarded the second Adlershof Dissertation Award.
His award-winning dissertation took only 27 months, while Böhme was working with Prof. Dr. Walther Fuhs in the Adlershof-based division of Silizium-Photovoltaik des Hahn-Meitner-Instituts (HMI).
