Die Untersuchung von Mäusen auf Lungenfunkton erfolgte aufbauend auf bestehender Infrastruktur und Expertise des Instituts für Lungenbiologie ( iLBD ).
Im Primärscreen wurden die Messungen der Lungenfunktion an der narkotisierten Maus durch die beiden state-of-art Messgeräte (FinePoint RC und Forced pulmonary maneuvers system, beide von der Firma Buxco) durchgeführt.
Wir haben bis jetzt über achtzig Mauslinien im primären Screen mit diesem Lungenfunktionsgeräte untersucht.
