Analysiert werden sollen Auswirkungen auf Schüler / -innen ( Projekt ForschungsExpress ), auf Unterricht und auf die Lehrerbildung ( Projekt ESTABLISH ).
Zum anderen sollen Wettbewerbe stärker als bisher Ausgangspunkt für Forschungsarbeiten darstellen, etwa zur Charakterisierung von Talenten oder zur Förderung von unterstützenden Institutionen ( Lehrerfortbildung ).
