Laut Pawel Boczar ( Universität Posen, Polen ) sind in Polen Weizenerträge von 4 t / ha üblich, während gut organisierte Betriebe bis zu 6 t / ha, also 50 Prozent mehr ernten.
Voraussetzung dafür sind allerdings eine bessere Nährstoffversorgung, besseres Saatgut und ein optimierter Pflanzenschutz.
