Der gebürtige Ungar Jozsef Tarsoly ist seit dem Jahr 1994 bei Coca-Cola beschäftigt und zeichnete dabei in verschiedenen Positionen in Vertrieb und Finanz in seiner Heimat verantwortlich, bevor er für sieben Jahre als Commercial Director tätig war.
Danach war Tarsoly für ein Jahr in Wien beschäftigt, wo er verschiedene strategische Projekte für das Unternehmen in Österreich betreute.
