Sollte im Rahmen des Verfahrens bzw. der mündlichen Verhandlung von der Anti-Doping Rechtskommission festgestellt werden, dass möglicherweise strafbare Handlungen begangen wurden, z.B. Verstöße gegen das Anti-Doping-Bundesgesetz, das Suchtmittelgesetz, das Arzneimittelgesetz, hat diese eine entsprechende Sachverhaltsdarstellung an die zuständige Staatsanwaltschaft zu erstatten.
