In dem Schreiben wurden mehrere Menschenrechtsverteidiger_i... genannt, die dem Verband MOVICE - Movimiento Nacional de Víctimas de Crímenes del Estado (Nationale Bewegung für die Opfer von Staatsverbrechen) angehören, unter anderem:
Alfonso Castillo, Direktor von Asociación Nacional de Ayuda Solidaria (Landesverband für solidarische Hilfe), Camilo Álvarez von Hijos e Hijas por la Memoria y contra la Impunidad (Söhne und Töchter für das Gedenken und gegen Straflosigkeit) und Bedienstete von Parlamentarier_innen, die sich für Menschenrechte eingesetzt haben.
