9. Februar 2011 Im Oktober 2010 pflanzte die NGO Greening Australia Eukalyptus- und Akazienbäume auf einer 8 Hektar großen Fläche auf dem Experimentierhof Artursleigh im Bundesstaat Neusüdwales.
Dabei wurde die Pflanzungstechnik der Direktsaat verwendet: es werden nicht bereits mehrere Monate alte Jungbäume gesetzt, sondern man sät direkt die Samen aus.

February 9th 2011 In October 2010, the Greening Australia NGO planted 8 hectares of eucalyptus and acacia seeds on the experimental farm of Artursleigh, in New South Wales.
The planting technique used was direct seeding: seeds are planted instead of tubestock.
