IMS ( Insulated Metallic Substrat ) Die Kupferlage ist über eine Isolationslage ( ähnlich einem Prepreg ) auf eine Trägerplatte aus Aluminum laminiert.
Dieses Material eignet sich besonders für den Einsatz on Bauteilen, die eine hohe Wärmeableitung benötigen ( z.B. Leistungsrelais und Leistungs-LEDs ).
Wir fertigen zurzeit nur einseitige, nicht durchkontaktierte Leiterplatten ( inklusive Lötstopplack auf der Bauteilseite ) aus diesem Material.

This material is particularly suitable for components which require a high heat conduction ( e.g. power relays and power LEDs ).
Currently, we only produce one-sided, not plated through boards ( including solder resits on the component side ) made of this material.
