Die Aktivitäten der deutschen Hilfsorganisation OFARIN e.V. sind ein gutes Beispiel dafür, dass gerade auch kleinere Organisationen mit vergleichsweise geringem Budget durch langjähriges und herausragendes Engagement einen besonders effektiven und nachhaltigen Beitrag zum Aufbau Afghanistans, und damit auch dem guten Verhältnis zwischen den Völkern, beitragen können.
