Verantwortlich ist eine GdBR mit Harry Körner als persönlichem Gesellschafter sowie den weiteren Gesellschaftern TC Blau-Gold Casino Mannheim und dem Tanzsportverband Baden-Württemberg ( TBW ).
Die Organisation vor Ort übernehmen weitgehend ehrenamtliche Mitarbeiter aus dem TC BGC.
Rund 600 Paare aus Deutschland und dem benachbarten Ausland gehen an den Start.
