Daher findet zukünftig der stellvertretende Aufsichtsratsvorsitz im Rahmen der Aufsichtsratsvergütung auch keine gesonderte Berücksichtigung.
Daneben fordert Ziffer 5.4.6 Absatz 2 Satz 1 des DCGK, dass die Mitglieder des Aufsichtsrats neben einer festen eine erfolgsorientierte Vergütung erhalten sollen.
