It takes them one hour to solemnise a marriage between an 18-year-old girl and a 38 or 40-year-old man which leaves scars forever in the life of parents.
This provision does not apply to religious marriage officers because they are in any case not obliged to solemnise a marriage that would violate the doctrines of their religion.
They can record them privately in secular contracts, or solemnise or sacralise them, if they want, according to the rites of whatever religions they believe in.
