Music and drama students at the hmt Rostock may be awarded sponsorship by the Horst Rahe Trust.

„ Wirtschaftliche Probleme dürfen für die künstlerische Entwicklung keine Rolle spielen ”, meint Konsul Horst Rahe, der aus Anlass seines 60. Geburtstags im Jahre 1999 die Stiftung ins Leben rief.

It currently supports 13 hmt students from five countries with full-time grants.
