Braised chicken rested in a shallow pool of broth atop ropy noodles, garnished with sliced shallots (also an ingredient in the paste) and pickled mustard greens.
The soundtrack is excellent, the voice-work is impressive (especially in light of the ropy dialogue) and the musical score is a fantastic mix of ethereal synths and orchestral pomp.
