Das Gericht befand ebenfalls, dass das CSRT ( Combatant Status Review Tribunal – Tribunal zur Überprüfung des Kombattantenstatus ) den Gefangenen eine solche Gelegenheit nicht gewährte, weil:
1. den Gefangenen kein Rechtsbeistand zuteil wurde;
