5. Zusammenfassung
Im Prozess des Erhitzens und Frittierens von Lebensmitteln werden die dafür verwendeten Fette oftmals über eine längere Zeit hohen Temperaturen ausgesetzt und können dadurch einer Oxidation unterliegen.
Die Aufnahme oxidierter Fette bewirkt eine Anhäufung von primären und sekundären Lipidperoxidationsprodukten (LPOP) in Geweben von Mensch und Tier.

Denitrification coupled to pyrite oxidation is a major process that has been observed in many groundwater aquifers based on numerous geochemical data.
However, pure chemical reaction between nitrate and pyrite could not take place neither experimentally in the natural sediment nor be detected in marine system.
