Während des Ovarialzyklus werden von den Zellen der Theka interna Östrogene ( sogenannte Follikelphase ) und vom Corpus Luteum das Progesteron ( sogennannte Sekretionsphase ) gebildet.

During the ovarian cycle, estrogen is produced by the theca interna and follicular cells ( in the so-called follicle phase ) and progesterone by the corpus luteum ( so-called luteal phase ).
