Fraunhofer IVV erhält FERCHAU-Innovationspreis 2013 für neues Verfahren zur Herstellung von pflanzlichem Fleischersatz
In dem europäischen Forschungsprojekt LikeMeat wurden unter Koordination des Fraunhofer-Instituts für Verfahrenstechnik und Verpackung IVV Fleischalternativen aus pflanzlichen Proteinen entwickelt.

Fraunhofer IVV awarded the FERCHAU Innovation Prize 2013 for a new process for manufacturing plant-based meat surrogates
The European LikeMeat project, which was coordinated by the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging IVV, has developed meat surrogates from plant proteins.
