5. Artikel 31a BüG Noch nicht 22 Jahre altes ausländisches Kind, das nicht in die Einbürgerung eines Elternteils einbezogen wurde und insgesamt fünf Jahre in der Schweiz gewohnt hat, wovon ein Jahr unmittelbar vor Einreichung des Gesuchs.
Das Kind muss im Zeitpunkt, als der Elternteil sein Einbürgerungsgesuch stellte, unmündig gewesen sein.

The child must be a minor at the time of application for naturalization by the parent.
