Diese erachten Anthropomorphismus, Formwandlung und Arten der Hybridzüchtung als Möglichkeiten, um die Beziehung von Reziprozität und Kontinuität zwischen der menschlichen Figur und anderen Vertretern, seien es nun Tiere oder Gegenstände zu erkunden;
ein Thema, das sowohl Religionen und Wissenschaften, als auch Folklore, volkstümliche Kulturen und Subkulturen umspannt.
