To compete in the league, teams have to have either a club house or a room equipped with telephone, fax, and/or e-mail with a full-time administrative secretary.
The department currently consists of 20 sworn full-time officers, six part-time officers, seven dispatchers, two civilian evidence custodians, an administrative secretary and two crossing guards.
