Mit brüderlicher Liebe umarme ich vor allem euch, liebe Bischöfe, Priester, Ordensleute, Missionare, Katechisten und Gläubige, die ihr die katholische Gemeinschaft bildet, die auf dem weiten kasachischen Boden lebt.
Ich weiß um euren Arbeitseifer und euren Enthusiasmus; mir ist auch eure Treue zum Apostolischen Stuhl bekannt, und ich bitte Gott, daß er alle eure Vorhaben unterstütze, die auf das Gute ausgerichtet sind.
