Auf der Tagung in der bulgarischen Hauptstadt, die vom KAS-Medienprogramm Südosteuropa und der bulgarischen "Stiftung Mediendemokratie" organisiert wurde, stellte der deutsche Rechtsanwalt Prof. Dr. Johannes Weberling das Pressegesetz des Landes Brandenburg vor.
